This conference will address the issues of the Internet, e-commerce, infringement take-down notices, online- arbitration, copyright and intellectual property rights, licensing and recent legal developments. The conference concludes with an introduction to some of the new m-commerce and m-legal issues.

This Conference is relevant to those involved in e-commerce, m-commerce, communications, IT, programming and software development, such as ISPs, developers, telcos, on-line retailors, service providers, solicitors and in-house counsel who are involved in Internet licensing and copyright issues as well as those interested in the Internet generally.

Chairman of the Legal Subcommittee of the Electronic Commerce Association of Ireland and member of the Legal Advisory Group to the Irish Information Society Commission.
